Avocado Caprese Salad

1 Large Avocado diced
2 Corn on Cob (remove kernels but do not cook)
20 cherry tomatoes cut in half
1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
1 English Cucumber diced
3 oz Fresh Mozzarella diced
1T lime juice
1T Bertolli Italian Balsamic Glaze
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. If not eating all servings at one time you may use a smaller avocado and only add what you need at time of serving.
