Shrimp and Artichokes

1lb Peeled and deveined Shrimp
3T Land O Lakes Canola Butter
20 Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
2 Cups Artichoke Hearts
12oz Pasta of your choice
1/2 C white wine
1/2 C Chicken or Vegetable Stock
1/4 C Basil Leaves chopped
1/2 C Parmesan Cheese

In large pot add 4 cups water and a pinch of salt.  When boiling add pasta and cook until al dente or as you like them.

In large saucepan over medium heat add 3T butter and white wine and shrimp, cook until pink.  Add artichoke hearts, tomatoes, stock and cook for approximately 5 minutes. Toss with Parmesan cheese and basil and serve over pasta.
