Jell-O-Shot Cake

Ingredients

6 3oz boxes jello (3 flavors)

2 packets gelatin (6t)

1.5 cups Malibu Rum 

9T Greek gods honey vanilla yogurt

Instructions

The recipe below is for the orange cake, but you can use blue raspberry and lime to make the blue version.

Freeze Malibu rum or your choice of alcohol overnight

For each layer you will need to cool jello and spoon carefully onto prior layer (if you pour it on you will not get the best layers) it takes about 20 minutes for each layer to set. 

For creamy layers you will need to cool until thick egg white consistency before gently stirring in yogurts

Layer 1 lemon

Boil 3/4 water with 1t gelatin stir for 2 minutes or until dissolved 

Add 1 3oz packet lemon jello

Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup very cold Malibu rum

Pour 3/4 cup into pan cool in fridge until set (approx 20-30 mins)

Cool remaining mix approx 15-20 mins

Layer 2 creamy lemon 

Use remaining mix from layer 1

Add 3T yogurt

Cool to room temp

After layer is set(approx 20-30 mins)

Spoon on top of layer

Layer 3 lemon

Boil 3/4 water with 1t gelatin stir for 2 minutes until dissolved 

Add 1 3oz packet lemon jello

Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup very cold Malibu rum and let cool until layer is set (approx 20-30 mins)

Spoon on top of layer

Layer 4 orange

Boil 3/4 water with 1t gelatin stir for 2 minutes until dissolved 

Add 1 3oz packet orange jello and let dissolve 

Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup very cold Malibu rum and pour 3/4 cup into separate measuring cup let both cool until layer is set (approx 20-30 mins)

Spoon on top of layer

Layer 5 creamy orange  

Use remaining mix from layer 4

Add 3T yogurt

Cool to room temp

After layer is set(approx 20-30 mins)

Spoon on top of layer

Continue until all your ingredients are gone.
