Not a recipe that I created but one I serve during the holidays.
2 Crescent Roll Sheets (cut each sheet into 18 squares)
36t fresh cranberry sauce (recipe below)
36 small pieces of Brie
4T Chopped Rosemary
Optional 4T Chopped Nuts (I use pecans or pistachio)
Cranberry Sauce
1 bag fresh cranberries
1/2 c sugar
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1T orange zest
1T honey (more to taste)
Bring water and sugar to a boil then add orange juice and zest and cranberries and bring back to a boil. Reduce to simmer until the berries pop and start to form a sauce. Mix in honey to taste. Cool completely overnight.
Spray mini muffin tin with non stick spray. Add crescent roll square’s and then place brie, top with cranberry sauce and a little rosemary and nuts.
Preheat oven to 375° and cook for 15 minutes.
