1lb Kobe or Wagu Ground Beef (can use regular beef but Kobe/Wagu is best)

1/4C light soy sauce

1/2T Garlic Powder

1/2T Onion Powder

1/2T Ground Black Pepper

1T Gochujang sauce

Over high heat cook above ingredients until mostly crispy.

Reduce heat to medium and add the following ingredients

1T honey

1T Sriracha

1/4C light Soy Sauce

1T Minced Garlic

3/4C sliced carrots

1C spinach

Add over rice or noodles and top with chopped cilantro.

Serves 3-4
