10 slices thick cut bacon diced (not too small)
1 head of green cabbage
1T reserved bacon grease
1t Cayenne Pepper
1t Red Pepper Flakes

In large skillet (14 inch or larger) crisp up bacon about 6-8 minutes. Remove bacon and place on plate layered with two paper towels. Leave 1T of bacon grease in pan.

Chop up head of cabbage, add to pan with spices and cook approximately 6 minutes turning frequently to coat in bacon flavor.  Add crisped bacon and serve hot.
